Kickboxing is our program for people 13 and up. If you want a high-energy, fat burning workout that will also teach you effective self defense while getting you into the best shape of your life and giving you the body you always wanted then here is the class for you!
Our instructors have all fought in the ring and have learned the importance of fitness. It does not matter how much you know if you “run out of gas” after thirty seconds or a minute in a three minute round!
The secret to our program is Interval training. You will work the pads, perfecting ring proven combinations and then we will work you with killer abs, chest, arm and leg exercises.
Will you be tired? Yes, but you will also push yourself to new limits as you gain strength and lose fat at the same time. We will be there helping you and encouraging you the whole way. We will also provide you information on diet, nutrition and living a healthier lifestyle. |
